▶ [04/02/2026] fixed the weird button placement on the disclaimer page, and the issue of viewing the home page (and basically the whole site) on mobile by getting rid of the viewport meta html tag and adjusting the css to keep as much of the desktop ratios as possible. expect this to be the last time addressing mobile viewing.
